《美国葡萄酒酿造学与葡萄栽培学杂志》(AJEV)是美国葡萄酒酿造学与葡萄栽培学协会(ASEV)的官方期刊,每季度出版一次,也是致力于葡萄酒酿造和葡萄种植科学研究的主要英语期刊。AJEV出版了关于葡萄酒酿造学和葡萄栽培学各个方面的完整研究论文、文献综述、研究笔记和技术简报,包括葡萄酒化学、感官科学、工艺工程、葡萄酒质量评估、微生物学、方法开发、植物致病机理、葡萄病虫害、砧木和无性系评价、田间实践的影响以及葡萄遗传学和育种。所有论文均经过同行评审,论文作者不限于ASEV成员。科学编辑、葡萄栽培学、葡萄酒学和副编辑均来自世界各地的学术和研究机构,并指导期刊的内容。
