基本信息

食品包装在整个分销链中对食品的保存起着至关重要的作用。如果没有包装,食品的加工可能会受到影响,因为它会因直接接触物理、化学和生物污染物而受到污染。近年来,新型食品包装(气调包装和活性包装)的发展不仅延长了食品的保质期,而且提高了食品的安全性和质量,从而为消费者带来了方便。与食品包装直接相关和相互联系的是保质期的概念--食品、饮料、药品、化学品和许多其他易腐物品在被认为不适合销售、使用或消费之前的时间长度。
