海洋环境研究出版关于海洋和沿海沃茨中化学、物理和生物相互作用的原创研究论文。该杂志是一个论坛,提供生物学、化学、毒理学和综合方面的新信息,以增进对海洋环境过程的了解。鼓励提交多学科研究报告。利用实验方法来澄清海洋生态系统变化的人为和自然原因的作用的研究特别受欢迎,代表海洋科学理论或概念方面新发展的研究也是如此。本期刊发表的所有论文在接受和发表前均由合格的同行审查。被认为适合于该期刊的主题包括但不限于以下内容:-自然海洋系统中变化的程度、持久性和后果以及从这种变化中恢复-污染物对海洋生物和生态系统的生物化学、生理学和生态学后果-自然产生和人为物质的生物地球化学-描述和预测上述过程的模型-监测研究,只要其结果提供了关于功能过程的新信息-描述改进的海洋科学定量技术的方法论论文。
